Housing Search & Support

Looking for an affordable, accessible apartment?
Need information on building or renovating an accessible home?
Do you need information on your Fair Housing rights as a tenant/landlord?

We can help.

At LVCIL, our Housing Search and Support services can help you find safe, affordable, and accessible housing to meet your individual needs. Our trained staff work with many area landlords and have access to information on available apartments and homes in the Lehigh Valley. Whether you're looking to rent or own, we can help you locate a home that is right for you!

In addition to helping you find an apartment, we will also educate you on your Fair Housing rights and can help advocate on your behalf if your rights are violated. We also provide landlord-tenant mediation services should you need any assistance in working with your lanlord to provide special accommodations.

We also host Fair Housing workshops, seminars on housing rights, landlord-tenant meet-and-greets, and seminars on independent living topics as well. All of these programs are completely free and can help you stay independent!

For more information, call our Community Support Coordinators:

Lehigh County Residents call either Debbie Rozear at ext. 124 -OR-
    Bob Amelio at ext. 111.

Northampton County Residents call either Eladio Gonzalez at ext. 118

You can also email info@lvcil.org.

Services are offered to Northampton County residents by appointment only on Mondays and Thursdays at Neston Heights Neighborhood Networks Center in Easton. For more information, call Julie Zelena at ext. 133.

If you are a landlord and would like information on the benefits of renting to persons with disabilities and the modifications needed to make your apartment more accessible, please visit the Landlords for All program page.
