What is the Landlords for All Program?

The Landlords for All program is a unique program created to encourage landlords to rent to people with disabilities. 

Who is served by this program?

The Landlords for All program will serve people with disabilities that are looking to rent.  The program will also serve landlords. 

As a Landlord how will I benefit if I get involved with your program?

We offer free ADA site surveys and will provide workshops about Landlords’ Rights and Responsibilities.  We will keep you updated on the most current information on Fair Housing Laws and also the American with Disabilities Act. 

Which areas do the Landlords for All program cover?

Both Lehigh and Northampton counties however, we are hoping to extend the program to Berks and Bucks counties. 

Is there a fee for your services?

As a nonprofit agency we don’t charge for any of our services.

Is this the same program as the Specialized Housing Search and Support?

No, the goal of this program is to create a list of landlords, and offer them workshops to help them to better assist our consumers.  While the program will provide rental opportunities to persons with disabilities its main focus is on the landlords. 

What are the goals of the program?

The goals are to educate landlords about the benefits of renting to people with disabilities by providing trainings.
