What is the Landlords for All Program?

The Landlords for All program is a unique program created to encourage landlords to rent to people with disabilities.

Who is served by this program?

The Landlords for All program will serve people with disabilities that are looking to rent. The program will also serve landlords.

As a Landlord how will
I benefit if I get involved with your program?

We offer free ADA site surveys and will provide workshops about Landlords’ Rights and Responsibilities. We will keep you updated on the most current information on Fair Housing Laws and also the American with Disabilities Act.

Which areas does Landlords for All cover?

The Landlords for All program covers both Lehigh and Northampton counties.

Is there a fee for your services?

All services under the Landlords for All program are completely free.

Is this the same program as Housing Search and Support?

No. The Landlords for All program is a separate program focused on educating landlords on the benefits of renting to persons with disabilities. However, this program does benefit LVCIL's Housing Search and Support services as many of our participating landlords rent to consumers enrolled in LVCIL's other housing services.

What are the goals of the program?

The goal of the program is to educate area landlords on the benefits of renting to people with disabilities by providing educational seminars, workshops, and landlord-tenant meet-and-greet events.
