In preparation for the second annual "Have you thought about... LIFE?" Transition Conference, here are a few very important dates:
June 1st: RFP's are due! To download the RFP application, please click here. Proposals must be emailed to lvtransitionconference@lvcil.org by 5:00 p.m. Only electronic proposals will be accepted.
August 20th: Registration opens! Check back for an update on registration fees. A limited number of scholarships will be available for young adults.
August 20th: Vendor registration opens! Additional information will be available in the coming weeks.
September 28th: Sponsorships are due! For more information on sponsor levels, please click here. Also, check back for other sponsorship opportunities, including the ability to sponsor a young adult to attend the event.
October 19th & 20th: "Have you thought about... LIFE?" Transition Conference at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, Breinigsville, PA
