Amy Beck

Amy has been Executive Director of LVCIL since 1999, and was the
president of LVCIL's incorporating Board of Directors in 1990. She
holds a BA in Social Work from Elizabethtown College (Go E-Town!) and an
MSW from Marywood University. Amy is an Elvis fan and a fanatic
for the Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps (Go Bucs!). A
card-carrying member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Amy loves
music in all its forms. Amy can sum up her passion for IL with the
quote, "A community which excludes even one of its members is no
community at all." |
Robert Graves

Robbie graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a
B.S.Ed. in Secondary Education. An avid baseball fan, when not at
work, he can most often be found watching or listening to the
Philadelphia Phillies or at Coca-Cola Park cheering on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. He also enjoys American History, reading and spending
time outdoors. A person with a disability himself, he has over 17
years experience working with people with a variety of disabilities in
the Lehigh Valley. |

Bob, also known to some as "Bubba," is an ICC Certified Accessibility
Inspector/Plans Examiner which means he is certified to conduct
accessibility site surveys on new and existing building. He is the
president of the Freewheelers Athletic Organization, which includes
wheelchair tennis, basketball, and bowling enthusiasts. He is
assisted by his mobility service dog, Bear. |
Annette Drobil

Annette enjoys working with the staff at CIL whose mission is to
continually help others. Part of Annette's time at CIL is devoted to
work at the Supported Independent Living facility on the Allentown Good
Shepherd campus. She is a Family Mentor for Habitat for Humanity
and in her free time she enjoys many outdoor activities offered
throughout the Lehigh Valley. |
Eladio Gonzalez

Eladio or Eli graduated in 2005 from Lehigh Valley College with a degree
in Business and a specialization in Criminal Justice. Since
graduating Eli has been employed as a Case Worker. Eli is a fan of
the high seas, spending his spare time working on his boat and fishing. He is also an official
"Beach Bum" favoring the Atlantic Coast and spots
such as Virginia Beach, VA and Ocean City, MD. He also likes to
hunt and most all enjoys spending time with his wife and children. |
Seth Hoderewski

Seth graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Psychology. He enjoys playing basketball and helping to coach both baseball and
basketball for his son. He is a huge New York Yankees fan and
enjoys going to local IronPigs games. He enjoys all kinds of
music, travel, and being with his family. |
Jodi Jones

Jodi began her time at LVCIL as a volunteer. Now she is the SLIRS
Program Assistant and assists with scheduling interpreters for jobs. She is the proud owner of two dogs and enjoys bowling and travel. |
Joseph Krycia

Joe began his affiliation with LVCIL as a member and then Vice President
of the LVCIL Freewheelers. Although his sport of choice is
wheelchair basketball, Joe likes to try any and all sports. He
also enjoys music, movies, playing guitar and spending time with his
wife, his family and his two dogs. |
Lori Hetherington
SLIRS Fiscal Assistant

Lori was a volunteer for SLIRS before replacing her mother-in-law as
Fiscal Assistant. She is a certified Domestic Goddess and spends
her free time working as a taxi driver, referee and cook for her brood. Prior to being a full-time Mom, Lori worked for seven years at a local
telephone provider. |

Michele came aboard the finely-tuned ship that is LVCIL in October of
2006. She is thrilled to be involved in a non-profit agency that
supports consumer empowerment and self-determination. Michele has
been actively interpreting in the community and in educational
institutions for over a decade. She is a member of RID, NAD and PARID. She loves to hear from consumers so feel free to contact her by e-mail
or make an appointment to visit! |
Greg
Bott

Greg joined the LVCIL team as D.C. in November 2009. He is a graduate of
Kutztown University (GO Golden Bears!) with a BA in Speech Communication
and minor in Public Relations. While not cheering on the Yankees, Greg
enjoys writing, music, and spending time with his girlfriend and family. |
Debbie Rozear

Debbie started here as a volunteer and was hired in May of 2005. She enjoys many types of crafts, reading, writing and long walks. She completed her first 5K walk with First Strides in the Fall of 2006.

Francisco graduated from Cedar Crest College with a degree in Liberal
Arts. He is a PA Certified Spanish teacher and has an Associate's
Degree in Business Administration. Presently, he is pursuing a
Masters Degree in Counseling. He has 16 years of experience in
real estate and mortgage lending. He loves to read, practice Tae
Kwan Do and is fond of cats. |
Cara Steidel

Cara enjoys playing tennis, attempting to play golf, officiating field
hockey, bike riding, book clubbing, cheering for Lafayette and the
University of Maryland (fear the turtle). She is also a fan of the
Boston Red Sox. She loves to be outside but if she has to be
inside she is glad it's at LVCIL. |
